Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

| Shipping And Handling Shipping is automatically calculated according to weight. UK customers should note that Next Day courier should be used whenever possible due to superior Proof of Delivery. |
| Delivery Schedule If all items are in stock orders placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday shall normally be despatched the same working day. For orders placed between 3.00pm and 4.00pm we cannot guarantee same working day despatch but we shall endeavour to do so. Orders placed after 4.00pm will not be despatched until the next working day. UK Mainland orders are sent next day delivery (to arrive Monday to Friday). Orders despatched on a Friday shall normally be received on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). |

Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty, at which time the item will be replaced by the manufacturer.

Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Insofar as it may be established that there was no defect in the actual goods at the point of delivery to you we reserve the right to charge you £15 as a contribution towards the cost of inspecting and testing the goods.
